Can an oversized T-shirt use a standard block?
An oversized direction should be translated into deliberate shoulder, chest, length, sleeve, armhole, neck, and hem relationships. Simply grading up a standard block can distort balance and placement.
Is GSM enough to select a T-shirt fabric?
No. GSM is mass per area. Fiber, knit construction, density, surface, opacity, recovery, shrinkage, drape, wash, and decoration compatibility also shape the result.
When should the print be approved?
Approve the physical decoration on the intended material and after any relevant garment treatment or care process, with size and placement recorded.
