Fabric Selection: The primary material is a heavyweight 85% Recycled Polyester and 15% Spandex blend, chosen for its excellent 4-way stretch, compression qualities, and smooth texture. Pattern Cutting & Construction: The garment utilizes a raglan sleeve design to eliminate shoulder seam chafing and enhance upper body range of motion. Side gussets (panels) in contrasting fabrics are cut and inserted to improve breathability and contouring. Stitching Techniques: Heavy-duty flatlock stitching is applied across all primary seams (armholes, side panels, hem) using specialized industrial sewing machines. This overlapping stitch creates a flat, non-abrasive seam profile with massive burst strength required for grappling. Embellishment: The graphics, including the chest color block, brand logos, sleeve textures, and flag motifs, are applied using high-heat dye sublimation. The digital design is printed onto specialized paper and heat-pressed directly into the synthetic fabric fibers prior to panel assembly, ensuring a zero-feel finish. Customizations: Clients can fully customize the sublimation artwork, adjust the polyester/spandex ratios for differing compression levels, alter sleeve lengths (short, mid, or full), and add functional upgrades like anti-slip silicone gel lining at the inner bottom hem.
